Remote Betting Product Support
Currently, we are expanding our Trading team and are looking for Remote Betting Product Support team members to join our lines.
The ideal candidate:
• Is proficient in the English Language;
• Is willing to work unsocial hours (night shifts) and weekends;
• Has knowledge of mainstream sports and eSports;
• Has good numerical and analytical skills;
• Has great attention to detail and the ability to maintain concentration for prolonged periods of time;
• Is proficient in using standard office tools such as MS Excel and Google Sheets;
• Has the ability to work under pressure and a problem-solving attitude;
• Experience in sports betting (considered an advantage).
• Create, follow and settle sports and eSports events;
• Create special markets for various sport events;
• Work alongside the Analyst team to answer all sports-related questions from clients;
• Collaborate with external suppliers to resolve product performance issues;
• Prepare sports events to meet the company’s standard;
• Operating a proprietary event management system.
