HR Manager

Location: Sofia
Department: HR

The HR team is responsible for all HR activities including recruitment, performance management, administration, and others. The new HR Manager will be responsible for leading the Recruiter and HR assistant as well as the overall HR strategy.

 

Job requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a management role;
  • Previous recruitment or HR generalist experience – 5+ years;
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree related to HR, Psychology or Accounting;
  • Conflict and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong computer skills: MS Office, ATSs and CRMs;

 

Responsibilities:                               

Responsible in overall HR strategy:

  • Ongoing review and analysis of Performance Review process;
  • Overseeing the Induction plan and process for new employees;
  • Responsible for organization and coordination of internal events like Team Building and Happy Hour;
  • Development and realization of Engagement survey incl. analysis and further improvement plan;

 

Responsible for the recruitment process:

  • Training of HR Assistants – overall recruitment, prescreening of candidates, headhunting and basic technical knowledge;
  • Headhunting and leading the recruitment process;
  • Budgeting and planning of recruitment needs in cooperation with the other managers;

 

Responsible for payroll and administration of new and current employees:

  • Involved in monthly payroll preparation in cooperation with the Accounting team;
  • Supervision of documentation workflow of the employees;

 

Involved in the development of employer branding strategy in cooperation with the Marketing team

  • Participation in different conferences and additional events to present the company;
  • Creation of employer brand strategy;
