Currently, we are expanding our Support team and are looking for a Product Support Associate. The role is based in Sofia.
- Excellent command of the English language;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Self-starter with attention to detail;
- Ability to multi-task and make quick decisions;
- Previous customer support experience will be considered a significant advantage;
- Interest or knowledge in Sports and/or eSports is аn advantage.
- Provide technical product assistance to all business customers in respect to UltraPlay software solutions;
- Assess the impact, severity, and urgency of customer issues;
- Analyse and troubleshoot customers’ issues in collaboration with the R&D team;
- Record and document all issues related to customers;
- Ownership of technical issues until resolution is provided;
- Set and manage expectations with customers, including regular and timely communication.
